HELSON Gauge Chrono

By TLex The HELSON Gauge Chrono is based on the same micropeened titanium case design with bronze fixed bezel as the Gauge, but with a slightly thinner caseback to accommodate its thicker Valjoux 7750 chronograph movement. The case has been tested to 1000m. Of the features peculiar to the Gauge Chrono are its chrono pushers, which have been placed at the top of the case rather than at the side where we'd usually expect to find them.

This rare configuration is know as a 'bull head' for obvious reason. It allows watch designers to be more creative with the placement of sub dials and the overall dial layout. As you can see here the Gauge Chrono has a very cool 3, 6, 9 sub dial set up. The Chrono version shares the same unique movement operating system as the Gauge; kept under lock and key if you will, but this time it can be found at the top of the case rather than the bottom.

A choice of two bronze fixed bezel types will be offered for the Gauge Chrono. And it will come supplied on a rubber divers strap with custom Titanium HELSON signed buckle. The Gauge Chrono will cost 1999USD and will be ready for shipping by the end of next week. There will only be 25 pieces of the Gauge available . . .
